i have a small camera bag i take with me when i dont take my big cameras and lenses. i have come to like the small bag set up so much ill often use it even when im going out to do shoots for the magazines i work for.
In the bag:
Fuji X100 (w/ sandisk extreme pro 16g sd card)
Fuji X10 (w/ sandisk extreme pro 8g sd card)
Fuji ef-20 flash
extra batteries, cards (16g card, 4g card) charger, filters cleaning cloths.
i find that with this set up there isnt much i cant do. the image quality from the X100 is as good as my 7d with an L lens. it takes much longer to focus and isnt as good in the studio or at weddings. but as far as a walk around lens i enjoy taking the X100. i can take it anywhere. my 5d ii and 7d only come out on assignments. but with my new "to go" small bag i can get pro results in a very small bag that isnt hard to carry where ever i go. and being i always carry a back up i got the X10. its a bit smaller and has a zoom lens. Even though its not as good image quality wise as its big brother the X100 it does a lot more. instead of a prime lens it has a fast zoom. its better then any other high end point and shoot out there. i tossed the nikon P7000 i had. it was ok at best. but the fuji's i can actually use for work. i would not hesitate to use the fuji for anything that goes on the web or in magazines. i would even print out to 20x30 prints with no worries. i wouldnt be able to crop as i could with the 5d ii. but the pics out of the small fuji's are so good. they really do so well that they are more then just my personal cameras i can use them on a pro level. would they ever replace my pro canon gear. never but thats not what they are aimed at. but i am more then happy to leave the canons at home or in the studio and am very confident that i could easily do most anything from street photography to landscapes with the fuji set up. i now am proud to say i shoot canon and fuji.
